If you wish to use a recommended third-party shipper, please schedule & submit a Pickup Authorization form. This can be emailed to invoices.us@bonhams.com to the attention of Client Services.
Additionally, please note if you do not hold a valid resale license, any property collected by a third-party shipper will be charged New York sales tax (8.875%). If the property is collected or shipped to a state by a common carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) in which Bonhams is registered or otherwise conducts business sufficient to establish a nexus, Bonham's may be required by law to collect and remit the appropriate sales tax in effect in such state. Property collected for delivery outside of the United States by a freight forwarder who is registered with the Transportation Security Administration is not subject to New York sales tax. Shippers authorized to collect will need to present a bill of lading and TSA documentation before release. Further details are in the Conditions of Sale.
