In-person collection of auction purchases is by appointment only. Click on the button below to book a date and time.
Please note that lots purchased will not be released until we have received full payment.
If someone is collecting your purchase on your behalf, for example a shipping firm or authorized agent, you will need to complete an Authorized Release Form.
Shipping for wine and spirits
Gordon’s Fine Wines, Bonham’s retail and fulfilment partner, will release your goods to you as quickly as possible. The inherent nature of fine wine and spirits requires that due care be taken in storage and transport. We request your partnership in making sure no harm arises during storage, collection or transportation. Bottles that are old or unusually shaped need to be collected in person. Bonhams Skinner and Gordon’s Fine Wines has the right to use discretion when the circumstance arises.
Pick-up
After completing an Authorized Release Form for Fine Wine & Rare Spirits, collection is available by appointment from:

Please schedule your pick up using the online form above, a minimum of three business days in advance, after full payment of all applicable charges has been received by Bonhams Skinner. Goods will only be released to those over 21 years of age. Proof of age will be required.
For any third-party collections, an Authorized Release Form must be signed and submitted to Gordon’s Fine Wines prior to pick-up.
Local delivery
Gordon’s Fine Wines will deliver inside Route 495 for a fee, from Monday through Friday during normal business hours. All fees associated with delivery must be paid in advance. Gordon’s Fine Wines reserves the right to (re)package items if deemed necessary for a nominal fee. Goods will only be delivered to, and must be signed for by, someone over 21 years of age.
Transportation
All bidders should make themselves aware of the restrictions imposed by individual states and countries with regard to the importation of alcoholic beverages prior to participation in any auction to ensure compliance with local and federal statutes. Buyers are responsible for researching, understanding, and complying with all permit or license requirements before the collection and transport of purchases. For non-local delivery it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to contract a third-party for collection and delivery service and ensure the third party is correctly licensed to transport alcohol.
Storage
All goods must be paid for and removed from Gordon’s Fine Wines’s premises within 30 days of the auction. Gordon’s Fine Wines may impose a monthly interest charges of 1.5% of the purchase price of any item not removed within thirty days of the date of sale.

Shipping for fine jewelry
Bonhams Skinner will provide a shipping quote within 5 business days of the sale close. Should you prefer to work with a third-party firm, a full list of recommended third-party shippers, along with the Authorized Release Form, can be found below, under suggested shipping firms.
Clients who would like to collect their auction purchases in-person may schedule an appointment at our Boston office through Appointlet. If you plan to pick up your purchases at our galleries and you are a reseller, please bring your valid MA resale certificate with you to your appointment. See Bonhams Skinner payment and sales tax for additional information regarding sales tax and qualifying exemptions. Payment in advance is encouraged.
